- Meal recomendation to every day (What we eat/What we exclude);
- Home or Gym Training Plans available;
- 3 workouts per week: 2 training for gluts, 1 training for upper body; +1 optional cardio trainig;

How education process goes . . .
- You get an access to the online education platform, with personal account and access to trainings;
- The trainig program is designed for 12 weeks and divided into control weeks to track your results;
- There is chat for communication with me & handler;
- After each lesson you should fill out a short report, it is important for you to achieve your results;
- Each lesson provides you with daily meal plan & workout trainings;
- One workout contains a set of video-exercises. I clearly demonstrate requared technique. Then you repit after me & perform required number of repetition;
- Video training can be held at any time convenient for you and in any place. All you need is a smartphone / computer and internet access.
